Bermans Leather Experts booklet vintage 1980s fashion advertising promo

Hello!
This is a small staple-bound informational booklet promoting Bermans Leather products. It measures about 5 3/16 x 8 7/16" and is 16 pages long, including the cover.
Bermans was purchased by Grace in 1979; in 1988 they merged with Wilson's Leather.
This shows moderate wear and light tanning with the lower right corner being creased. The cover shows heavier tanning at the top. There are a few scattered pen notations and a store stamp on the front cover.
